These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bard Boys Oxnard website and your purchases from our dispensary located at 2550 E Vineyard Ave, Suite 210, Oxnard, CA 93036. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cannabis products from Bard Boys Oxnard. Medical cannabis patients must be 18 or older with a valid physician's recommendation or medical marijuana ID card. We verify age with a valid government-issued photo ID on every visit — no exceptions.

2. Purchasing Limits

California law sets the following daily purchase limits for adult-use customers (21+):

• —Up to 1 ounce (28.5 grams) of cannabis flower
• —Up to 8 grams of cannabis concentrate

Medical patients with a valid card may be eligible for higher purchase limits as allowed by California law.

3. In-Store Pickup Only

All purchases must be completed in person at our dispensary at 2550 E Vineyard Ave, Suite 210, Oxnard, CA 93036. Bard Boys Oxnard does not offer shipping, mail order, courier delivery, or home delivery of cannabis products — California state law prohibits the interstate shipment or mailing of cannabis, and we operate as a retail storefront only.

Our online menu and any embedded ordering tools are provided so you can browse and reserve products in advance. All reservations must be picked up in person by the person who placed the order, with a valid government-issued photo ID presented at pickup. Unclaimed reservations may be returned to inventory at our discretion.

4. Payment

We accept cash and debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted for cannabis purchases due to federal banking regulations — this is an industry-wide policy, not a Bard Boys decision. An ATM is available on-site.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our menu and website are pre-tax. California cannabis purchases are subject to state excise tax, state sales tax, and local municipal tax. Final pricing is calculated at checkout. Our price match guarantee applies to any Oxnard dispensary — bring proof of the lower price.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of cannabis products and California regulations, all sales are final. If you receive a defective product (broken cartridge, sealed packaging issues, etc.), contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with you to make it right. We stand behind every product on our shelves.

7. Deals & Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and deals (including first-time customer discounts and Member Mondays) are subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Deals cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify promotion terms.

8. Website Use

This website is for informational purposes. Product availability, pricing, and promotions shown online may differ from in-store inventory. 9. Compliance

Bard Boys Oxnard operates under California Department of Cannabis Control License C10-0001634-LIC as a Commercial Retailer for Adult-Use and Medicinal cannabis. We are operated by Advocate Society, LLC. We comply with all applicable state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in the City of Oxnard and the State of California.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bard Boys Oxnard and Advocate Society, LLC are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of cannabis products purchased from our dispensary. Cannabis affects individuals differently. Consume responsibly and in accordance with California law. Do not operate vehicles or heavy machinery while under the influence of cannabis.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
